Chemical Earthing System (Protec ACES)

Maintenance-free Earthing System (Protec® AMES)

Protec AMES is an economical, maintenance free, low resistance kit for all types of earthing systems. It consists of ground electrode, soil enhancement compound, terminal plate and polyplastic pit cover.

6G Antifreeze Electrode for Portable/Static Mobile Application (Protec-ACSE-GI-B)

With advancement of Technology for Freezing & High Extreme temperature ranging from -30 to +70 the electronic systems have become highly sophisticated and very sensitive to surges and fault currents. This necessitates a very high efficiency low resistance earthing system. It is in response to this, we have developed a lighter weight, Box type Rectangular, Advanced Chemical Earthing System (ACSE-GI-B) with Electrode in Box, Antifreeze Technology. System is designed with multi deployment, with ease of deployment / removal, short duration mobile & Static application.

Pro-ACSE-GI-B (6th Generation) for Mobile application is a multipurpose grounding system which provide quick time dissipation of lightning current, electrical transients, static discharges, electro-magnetic interference and other electrical hazards.

Highly specialised electrode designed for High altitude freezing/ frost line and high temperature area (-30+70 degree) and integrated for Indian Armed Forces. These electrodes are made up of specialized material ASEM which is highly conductive material in order to achieve desired results for defense applications.

Graphite Earthing System (Protec AGES)

Protec AGES is the only earthing system that can operate in snow, rocks, sand or marshy environments. It can also be installed in areas where space is limited. Supply pack is in built with ground electrode with terminal plate packed with Protec Soil Enhancement Material (Pro ASEM-CB) in a canvas bag duly placed in thick PVC pipe with holes for smooth water flow.

No consumables on deployment.

Soil Enhancement Material (Pro-ASEM)

Protec ASEM soil enhancement material is self compacting with high hygroscopic properties. It is thermal insulating with high electrical conductivity. The soil enhancement material increases the electrode surface in contact with soil and reduces the contact resistance between the electrode and soil. It assures a low resistance electrical pathway for current dissipation. The Protec ASEM soil enhancement material has low resistivity, small particle size and high specific gravity.
